Agreement to Terms

Warranties and Disclaimers

Disclaimer

• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any errors in the Services will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YONGJI PINGHUA TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

Termination

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any project agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yongji Pinghua Technology Co., Ltd. regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
